The Finale is scheduled for July 16 @ the Franklin County Fair
Remember you can also weigh in at Capital Fitness and Fit Time for Women the
day before, day of, or day after the weigh in.

Competitors:
This year the contest will be based on individual performances.
However you may register in groups of (4) to receive a discount.
$15 per Individual
$50 per Group of (4)
During the Challenge:
You will receive emails from health and fitness professionals through the
Chamber "Get Health Frankfort" E-Blasts. Individuals from the competition may also have the opportunity to share their plan and progress with Forever Communications on Star 103-7!
Chamber Walk Nights: With the success of walk nights last year, we are going to bring them back!
Every Monday and Wednesday evening we invite you on a 1 - 3.5 mile walk with your fellow competitors. Walks will start at the Chamber office (100 Capital Ave.) @ 5:30 pm.
Weigh-Ins:
Weigh-Ins occur monthly and you will be alerted through email with times and locations.
Winners: There will be two individual winners in the 2009 Get Healthy Frankfort Challenge.
One winner for "most pounds lost" & One for "most percentage of weight lost"
Winners will receive an assortment of prizes from local businesses and cash!
The grand prize is MORE TIME TO SPEND WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
Finale: Final Weigh-in is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2009 The finale will take place at the Hancock Pavillion DURING the Franklin County Fair
