Gwen Stefani’s legal team has responded to a lawsuit filed by Lisa Stricklin, who claimed the No Doubt singer is to blame for her getting trampled at the PNC Pavilion in Charlotte, NC last year.

According to The Blast, the singer says in the suit that she owed no duty to make sure Stricklin was safe at the concert and blames the injuries on the acts of the other people. She is seeking to get the lawsuit and claim for $75,000 by Stricklin tossed.

Stricklin filed her lawsuit in July after she broke her leg during Stefani’s concert. Stefani allegedly caused a dangerous rush of people to the stage when she announced, “Just fill in anywhere you like! Who cares about your lawn chairs? You can get new ones!”
